  • Performed a detailed location and cost analysis for a west coast warehouse of an east coast based business; Selected location and recruited management team.
  • Developed a centralized reporting dashboard to monitor cash flow for a chain of independently operating but jointly held businesses - integrated with personal investment portfolio, income, and expenses.
  • Created multi-year financial books for an eight figure business that had been operating without proper bookkeeping - and set them up to be independently maintained going forward; designed a custom collaboration software to allow them to record and track future all operational and financial transactions; Hired and trained a new bookkeeper to manage books and business data.
  • Advised on ERP selection and implementation to resolve existing challenges with software and manpower; hired a new controller and established controls to properly track and manage complex manufacturing processes.
